As for lighting on those pics: first two were lit with natural light (shaded side of a house) balanced with single Nikon SB800 flash in a small softbox, high on a lightstand, just behind me. Beauty shots diagram looked like this:
To get rounded catch lights on the lower part of the iris I use car’s sun shade with sides angled up a bit (as opposed to a regular silver reflector). you can see my “car shade/beauty reflector” on this video:
